Bil Neal
Bio
Bil Neal owns a home in Milton with his wife Ms. Amy, but spends most of life on the roads of Ohio as the Salon Success Consultant for L’Oreal in the Professional Division. Proud father of Anne-Marie, he hopes to live long enough to be a father-in-law to John Varnier. BFA from WVU in Musical Theatre 1987. Served as the Music Director for St Joseph Catholic Church for ten years—6 choirs, taught k-12, participated at thousands of masses including funerals and more weddings than he cares to remember. Among the things he’s most proud of in his life, he was the creator of the Resident Company for Arts Resources for the Tri-State.
