Clayton Strohmenger

Bio

Clay (he/him) is proud to be in his second production with Appalachian Artists Collective, the first being Oedipus: An Appalachian Tragedy in 2018. He is proud to continue to be a part of community theatre here in the Tri-State Area for the past 8 years working also with Charleston Light Opera Guild and Alban Arts Center. Some past favorite performances have been The Importance of Being Earnest (Cecily Cardew), Urinetown (Bobby Strong), The Addams Family (Lucas Beineke), and most recently as the narrator Lonny in Rock of Ages.

 

Residing in the West Side (Best Side) of Charleston with his dog Roscoe, Clay spends his time off from rehearsals playing Dungeons and Dragons and binge-watching RuPaul’s Drag Race.

 

He would like to thank you for coming to the show and remind everyone to please register to vote and get vaccinated. He can be seen next performing Wolf Hall with Tip Jar Theatre in December.
